Worn , bracelets, rings and necklaces can unfortunately not be returned due to hygienic reasons. Our earrings can never be returned due the hygienic reasons.An item that does not meet the requirements may be exchanged  within 14 days after receiving your package. If you made a wrong decision and you want a refund the package must be send back to us within 14 days. The shipping costs ( most of the time a post stamp ) are for the customer. We take responsibility for repairs and our quality for the maximum amount of 2 weeks.
